1. In order for us to process your visa application, please answer the questions below and submit the form to us. We will then contact you to discuss your visa requirements.
   
   
2. PASSPORT PHOTO:
   In addition to the form below, in order for us to process your visa application,
   we require a copy of the main page of your passport (page with the photograph).
   
   We would prefer a scanned copy of this page, which you can then email as an attachment to info@iranvisa.co.uk. However, if this is not possible, please post a copy to our address below. Faxed copies are not acceptable, as they are often unclear and poor in print quality.
